5 Stars Reference
This is an excellent read for those who want to start a bookkeeping service or for those already in business that want extra information to better service their clients. I would highly recommend this book.
4 Stars Good Realistic Review of Needs to be a QuickBook Consultant
This book gives a realistic picture of the needs to be a QuickBook Consultant. The book is well written and gives advice from real Quick Book consultants. The book is easy to understand and written in layman’s terms. I would recommend it if you are considering to be a Quick Book consultant, although it was written during a different economy than today and some of the charts may be different from todays economy. It does not detail the QuickBooks program so you will need to buy a different book to learn the actual QuickBooks Program.
5 Stars How to start a busines the right way!!!
Starting a business is difficult thing to do. Michelle takes a lot the guess work out the preparation by dividing the tasks that need to be accomplished into clearly written chapters in her book. Remember the purpose of this book is how to start a business and not how to use QuickBooks. If you read it with that thought in mind, it is a great book. As a bonus, there are several interviews with other successful QuickBooks practice owners, which give their slant on what was important to them to get their business off the ground. I had several questions for Michelle and it was nice that she answered within a day or so as well as gave me other web sites where I could get additional information. Not often you get a response from an author. I would recommend this book to people who wanted to start a consulting business of any kind because most of the information is reverent.
2 Stars Redundant
This book contained too many repetitions of quotes, and the font face was huge! The relevant content could have easily fit into a book 1/3 the size. While the true contend of this “booklet” is good information for anyone considering becoming a QuickBooks Consultant, I especially like that Michelle stressed the need for continuing education. I read this book cover to cover in just a few hours, skipping the repetitive quotes that are laced through-out this “booklet”.
5 Stars A Must Read!
Awesome book! A must read for anyone wanting to be a QB Consultant. Can’t wait for her next Book. Helpful, Informative and real life.
