5 Stars Great Canning Book
This is a great canning book for first time canners! It is well-written out and the illustrations are an added bonus. This book makes it very easy to understand what you need to do in a clear step-by-step process. I am not overly fond of their recipes, but since I bought it to learn how to can, not for the recipes, I am well pleased with this book. I highly recommend it!

Love this book. I wanted to learn to can and make jams. I found the step by step instructions very helpful and I love the recipes.

5 Stars A lot packed into a skinny book!
I’m impressed with the amount of information in such a tiny package! I refer to this book 1st when considering my canning options. Sometimes it doesn’t have the recipe I need, but most times it does. I’m very happy to own this book. It even has a section on dehydrating & freezing! This is probably worth more than it’s price!
