5 Stars Good Information, A Great Place to Start
I really enjoyed reading this book. I have been thinking about starting my own bakery business for a long time. This book was easy to follow and had plenty of suggestions. It is a great place to start when doing research into what it takes start baking business. Thank you for the infomation Ms. Geiger.

4 Stars Great info for the startup baker!
This book was chock-full of concise information and sources. It was also an incredibly easy read. The author is entertaining as well as informative. My favorite thing about the book was alternative suggestions to the straightforward home bakery concept. It really helped me to avoid getting discouraged.

4 Stars Good basic information but requires more research
The book gave great initial information and where to find answers to questions she didn’t answer. Basically I found it very helpful, but in a couple cases she just states we should contact someone else to find the answer. If you are just getting started it is a great resource book that will point you in the right direction to find everything you need and need to know.

5 Stars Great Book
Just make sure you have a seperate kitchen in your home or health inspection won’t pass. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have bought the book. But its a good read.

4 Stars Good book.
This is a very informative book about the ins and outs the author learned about starting her own business. It is info any aspiring bake-shop owner could use. Each individual MUST find out their own state laws, regulations, codes, health dept. expectations on their own. No one author could do a write up on all 50 states, especially when those laws change annually. So you must do some of your own leg work.

A very easy read with a lot of information packed in.
