5 Stars Wilton’s course 2
This is a great book to follow through with all the lessons taught in course 1. Though I’m not interested in working with fondant, this book still has new techniques for me. I’m looking forward to learning enough to make beautiful cakes for special occasions.
5 Stars Wilton Cake decorating book
Great book to have on hand when you need a reminder on how to make certain types of flowers.
5 Stars very helpful
I bought Courses 1 – 3 and was very impressed how simple it was to learn from. I just purchased the 4th (fondant) but have not received it as yet. Really and truly great books for us beginners and my Instructor seems to agree. Loved the images and the step by step instructions. Very informative. Don’t just buy one Course – buy them all. The price is right too.
5 Stars Wilton Course 2 Workbook
All of these workbooks contain excellent content and stimulating photographs, with just the right measure of challenge and simplicity. I enjoy each book as much as the last.
4 Stars Helpful and easy to understand
I was just starting out decorating and picked this one up for some new ideas and let me tell you I am glad I did. This is the perfect book for someone who is new to the cake decorating. If you have experience however you will not be that happy w/it. It covers everything from what tips to use, to how to make buttercream frosting, to using royal icing. If you are just starting out, then grab this one!!!!
