5 Stars Love my Looms!!
I love loom knitting – have been using these knitting looms for 3 years now. I also bought a set for my daughter-in-law and she’s made a number of items, also. The craft is easy to learn, and would be quite suitable for children above kindergarten age. Great pick up project and there are more and more patterns coming out all the time.

3 Stars Hats anyone
If you like hats…this is a really fun and easy way to make them…great for holiday gifts. Scarves are pretty easy to do on them too.

5 Stars A great buy!
This is my first loom set and I’m really glad I got it. Even as slow at knitting as I am, I could punch knit a nice hat in less than an hour. The only minor complaint I have is that it only came with one hook tool. I’ve been trying to spread the gospel of knitting looms and I’ll have to buy a second hook so I can show while others do. Also, it would be nice to have an extra in case the first gets lost. The four looms come in a very durable plastic carrying bag, which is great for storing them. They nest into one another, as shown in the picture, which is also helpful for storage. The instructions that come with the set are helpful, but I admit I didn’t use them all that much. I found instructional videos online since I’m more of a visual learner, but the instructions included were impressive.

This is a great knitting loom kit for anyone who wants to start learning about knitting looms!

3 Stars Not adjustable
I don’t hand knit, but I do machine knit and the knitting loom works very similarly to the hand manipulation of the stitches on the knitting machines. It is simple to use and I made some hats and scarves, but I did have one problem. The pegs are set so far apart that I either have to double up my worsted weight yarn or I have to use chunky yarn. Otherwise, it knits too loosely. I can use the smaller hoop to get pegs which are a little closer together, but if I want to knit in the round a certain diameter, I am stuck using that one particular hoop size and I can’t adjust the spacing between pegs. For children and those who like to do simple projects using double strands or chunky yarn, these looms are fine.

5 Stars Great Craft Project!
I think this loom set is great for beginning loomers who want to make caps or other round projects.
